The mission of Walking In Balance is to help empower people to work towards holistic wellness and live in balance with the planet and each other. We aim to provide both ancient and modern wisdom to help our citizens thrive and recover from trauma, burnout, substance use, mental illness, etc. We believe that through holistic health and strong community connection, we can overcome oppression and dysfunction.

Services

Walking In Balance is a culturally centered and scientifically supported wellness, prevention, and recovery program. The curriculum blends traditional indigenous wellness practices with contemporary psychological knowledge and practical applications. We  promote choosing to prioritize living a healthy and fulfilling life. The Walking In Balance curriculum is trauma-informed, neurodivergent friendly, and adaptable to any program’s unique culture and needs.
